Properties
1.Not contain formaldehyde; It's wouldn't produce formaldehyde during the using process.
2.Not react at room temperature, cross-linked at high temperature (80 ~ 100 °C)
3.Added into the printing paste, you can dramatically improve the rubbing fastness of printing fabric, and not impact to the hand feeling.
4.When useing this product please added it into the water-based acrylic
resin and water-based polyurethane emulsion.
After heat treatment it can significantly improve the bonding strength.
Application
1. For the pigment printing, the dosage is 2%-5% of the adhesive.
2. The dosage for use as a inside additives is 1-3% of total system, the process temperature should be over 100 centigrade.
The higher temperature the shorter of the process time.
